Terms of Service

These Terms apply to all illustration and book cover design services purchased via direct agreement or through Stripe payment links.

Payment Terms

• Payment confirms reservation of project time.
• Payments are non-refundable once work has started.

Delivery

• Final files are delivered after full payment.

• Copyright remains with the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• The client receives licensed usage rights as specified in the contract.
